CANCELLATION POLICY

My request is that you keep any and all appointments that you make. If you MUST cancel or reschedule your service, please do so within a 24-hour time frame. You will receive a reminder text and/or email of your appointment 48 hours in advance. Failing to cancel in a timely manner with result in the following:

NO CALL/ NO SHOW:

If you fail to show up for an appointment, all future appointments you may have scheduled will be cancelled and a fee of 50% of the total services booked will be assed via the credit card on file.

LATE CANCELLATION:

Cancelling your appointment AFTER the 24-hour window will result in a $25 fee. If you wish to continue your services with the spa, you must call to reschedule a new appointment. Depending on the nature of the cancellation, any combination of failing to give adequate notice or not showing for 3 appointments will result in DISMISSAL from this spa.

SICKNESS/ILLNESS?


If you are feeling ill in any form, PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE SPA. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AS SOON AS YOUR SYMPTOMS APPEAR. Even if you think it is minor symptoms, I would rather err on the side of caution. Any fever, chills, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, chest pains, runny nose, severe headache (migraine), sore throat or any acute respiratory illnesses should be a cause to stay at home. If you arrive with any of the listed above, you will be turned away and the appropriate fee will be assessed.

FIRST OFFENSE: Courtesy Warning

SECOND OFFENSE: $25 fee for last minute or 50% for No Show

THIRD OFFENSE: $25 fee for last minute or 100% for No Show AND Dismissal from the Spa

EXCEPTION: ALL SATURDAY LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS ARE CHARGED AT 100%

ARRIVAL:

Please arrive 5- 10 mins early (not too early, as waiting areas may not be available) to fill out a New Client form and to sign the Cancellation policy. These can also be found digitally under the "New Clients" tab.

Be advised that I service many clients a month and do my best to work with everyone regarding their appointment time. When you cancel/reschedule your appointment, that severely interrupts the level of service I am able to offer. My request is that if you MUST cancel/reschedule your service, please do so within a 24 hour time frame in order for me to offer that availability to another client. Chronic abusers will be charged a $25 fee for Late Cancel and 50% of the service scheduled for "NO CALL/NO SHOW". ALL SATURDAY LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW will be charged at 100%. 

RESCHEDULING/ ADDING/REDUCING APPOINTMENT:

If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, feel free to reschedule as soon as possible. Please make note of the cancellation policy. When rescheduling, please take a close look at your personal schedule to avoid having to reschedule again. The least amount of times we have to move your appointment, the less likely there will be a mistake in scheduling. Online scheduling and Rescheduling can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at:

Please be mindful of the time limitations of adding additional services to your existing appointment last minute. There may be extra time depending on when the next client is due to arrive. However, it can not be guaranteed that it is always possible. In the same thought process, last minute changes and reduction in your appointment services can incur a fee depending the type of reduction in terms of time blocked off.
