Terms and Conditions​

~ 3 month minimum commitment.


~ Monthly Payment  is charged EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) on the 5th of the month.


~No Refunds.


~No Early Cancellation before 3 months. Cancellation before 3 months will be charged the remaining balance.


~ After each month's visit, subsequent visits in the same month are given at a 25% discount.


~ Payment may only be used for services, not toward gift cards or retail items.


~ 1 Membership are personal. Memberships are non-tranferable, non-refundable. Non-shareable.


~Services can be "banked" and rolled over or gifted to others. There is a 2 month MAXIMUM for roll overs.


~ Caim Wellness must be notified about any changes in address, contact info and/Credit Card info


~ 24 hour advance notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the total service for that month's membership, but can be rebooked for a fee of 50% of the full price of service.


~ 30 Day notice to cancel your membership from the last EFT payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the referral program work? All new referrals for new services will be rewarded with $10 off an existing appointment and $10 off for person referred's first appointment. Referral for new memberships with results in $10 off ONE monthly subscription. 

2. Can any of the services be up-graded? Yes, any of the services can be upgraded for longer times for the difference in service price. For example, 60 min massage ($75) can be upgraded to 90 mins ($100) for $25.


3. Is there a contract with the membership? Yes, there is a contract to be signed to ensure you understand all the terms and conditions and acknowledge the 3 month commitment, cancellation policy and EFT Authorization.


4. What happens if I miss my appointment for the month? No Problem at all. Your service can be rolled over to the next month ( 2 month maximum) or gifted to someone else.


5. Can I cancel at any time? Yes, cancellation can happen at anytime AFTER the 3 month commitment with 30 day notice from the last EFT payment.


6. Can I upgrade or downgrade a membership type? Yes, All memberships can be upgraded or downgraded AFTER the 3 month commitment and with 30 day notice to do so from the last EFT payment.


7. How will my membership be paid for? Your membership will be paid through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) with a SQUARE reoccurring invoice by credit card of file. Your Credit card info will remain safe and secure at ALL TIMES.
